Final Tip for Piccolo Staff

Piccolo Mondo restaurant in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago is closed. The long-serving waiters and kitchen staff are facing unemployment without a severance payment. As a tribute to their service and friendship over the past decades, we are seeking donations to provide a final “TIP” as a thank you.The recipients of this tip will include the waiters, Juan Francisco and Luis, Santos, the chef, two cooks, the bakery chef, and the dishwasher. We hope that those who have appreciated the decades of service by these men will consider giving a generous final “TIP”.
