This week we recieved the terrible news that my Moms cancer has spread to the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of her brain; a terminal condition named, “leptomeningeal disease.” Unfortunately, at this stage the disease is quite aggressive and patients aren’t expected to live much longer than a few weeks. The funds raised will be used to take care of her hospice expenses, memorial/funeral, and to make her transition as beautiful and tranquil as possible surrounded by her loved ones.
