Help send Courageous Teen to Final Rest

Maia Wright, the courageous young teenager with colon cancer we helped send to prom last June passes away in her sleep. One of the strongest young ladies I have ever met in my life. I CANNOT say that I have been more impacted by one single young person as I have Maia. She had a strength and a faith through her sickness that was unparalleled. She taught me how to handle pain with grace and non complaint. She will be truly missed. 

Maia has been fighting colon cancer for a little over a year and her mom Jamilah Perkins left work to take care of her full time. There was no insurance and there are great medical bills amidst the now cost of final resting place and funeral. (I should say Home Going :-)

I am asking that if this story or Maia's life or both have impacted you in any way, please give to help send her to her final resting place. The family hasn't asked for anything, this is something that I would like to do just to try and make the transition a little easier for them and to honor Maia's memory. Thank you very much.
