Financial aid for diabetic prescriptions

Hello, my name is David. I'm a diabetic, which means I require insulin and medical devices to keep my blood sugar in check. Unfortunately, it has come to a point in my life where I'm now being forced to choose between paying my rent or paying to refill my prescriptions this month.
