Financial help for Christopher & his family

I'm Leah and I am fundraising for my brother Christopher & his family. My brother is recovering from a serious accident whilst on holiday with his family in Menorca, he had to be airlifted to Mallorca for an 8-hour operation which saved his life. He broke his back in 3 places near his neck and fractured his L3 vertebrae, he also damaged his Medulla oblongata which is located at the bottom part of your brain. He had pins & plates put in his back as well as a metal cage inserted around the damaged nerve in his neck.

The injuries he sustained are life changing, he will need to learn how to do lots of things we take for granted again like holding a cup of tea or walking up the stairs. His fiancé, Laura will need to take time off work to care for Christopher on his long road to recovery. The money raised will hopefully ease the stresses for them as a family and allow Christopher to focus on building up his strength and coming to terms with a new normal.

Myself, along with a few family members & friends will be walking up Snowdon to raise money for Christopher on the 29th October. Thank you for any support you can give, it really means a lot to both of our families.
