Utilities and PGE financial help while on Medical Leave

If you know me, you know I hate to ask for help. I am ashamed and embarrassed to be asking for financial help but I have tried every agency at this point. Unfortunately, all of the agencies do not take into consideration my high rent cost and what I make after taxes and this puts me over the financial limits for most programs by a very small margin because my household size decreased. I am in a situation where I took an $80 thousand dollar loss on the sale of my home just in order to finalize my separation. During that time, I had to take on some of my fathers debt and have been fighting with PGE for over 2 years to resolve his budget billing fiasco. My current bill is close to $8500 and continues to climb no matter the payments I make. During my separation, I was left with paying for continued Propane and PGE services on my home which my partner of 4 years refused to help pay on. I am about to go on medical leave which will result in a loss of pay for anywhere for 3-6 weeks. My PTO covers some of the hours but I will be short on my rent as well as being unable to pay the PGE bill in full by this coming Friday. I have surgery on my foot which could result in my complete loss as a job as a Cook as I am always on my feet. I have reached out to Salvation Army, REACH and Project Go and have been denied. I am on numerous lists to find cheaper housing but the waiting lists are unrealistic. I am asking for help to be able to stay living where we are now to provide stable housing for myself and Mox since we have had to struggle so much in the past 10 years. Any help at all is greatly and humbly appreciated. All o the money will go to paying off PGE and paying rent, NID and city utilites during my medical leave.
