Financial Relief for Stephanie McCarty (Turney)

Hi, my name is Alyssa Lawrence and I'm starting this fundraiser for my aunt, Stephanie Turney.

Stephanie is perhaps one of the most selfless individuals I have ever met. She has always placed the needs and wants of others above her own, and has never been one to ask for help. She is such a loving spirit who's smile truly lights up any room she is in.

Last week an ER visit for what she thought was a chest infection turned into every family's worst nightmare when Stephanie was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. Stephanie is a treasured daughter, sister, mother, grand-mother, aunt and friend. She is also the main breadwinner for her family and this horrific news is made even more difficult to process as a result of the financial uncertainty they are now facing.

Stephanie is travelling to and from Saint John for radiation therapy and the commuting and expenses related to extended hospital stays are already piling up.
