Financial Support for Blake Simons and Family

Hi, my name is Samantha Brown.

I am fundraising on behalf of my brother-in-love, Blake Simons, and his family. On Wednesday, November 22, 2023, Blake was the victim of gunshot wound that medically, should have ended his life. He lost a kidney, portions of his liver and intestines and was given a stint in his pancreas. Even with all he's lost, he and his family have gained a new lease on life and what it means to be a family. However, that new lease leaves many loose ends and questions concerning how his family is supposed to begin to put the pieces of their life back together. Blake has no medical insurance, and on top of this tragic situation, his family faces eviction with no prospected place to go. While Blake is healing, my sister will be his main caretaker, taking away from the wages they need to support their family. They will need all the help they can get as far as prayer and monetary means. I know he and his family would be forever grateful if you are able to give even the smallest donation.
