Financial Support for Calvin

Hi - My name is Sara Andrus. I am the Administrator at Sharon Community School, where Calvin has been a part of our daycare since infancy! Calvin is four years old and was not feeling well at the start of the school year. In September, Calvin was rushed to Children's Hospital. He was diagnosed with a tumor fused to his brain stem and had surgery to remove as much of it as possible. The doctors have diagnosed him with Cancer. His Cancer diagnosis and hospitalization have led to other medical findings, and he has undergone numerous surgeries over the last month. It is anticipated that he will experience many phases of treatment for various urgent conditions. He is looking at a long road to recovery.

As you can imagine, Calvin's family has been flooded with medical bills and financial hardship. The school is currently seeking outside donors to support Calvin's recovery. Any donation amount is welcome and will go directly to the family for the expenses related to his care. Calvin's family appreciates your well-wishes but asks for your understanding of their need for privacy as they grapple with his serious diagnosis.
