Financial Support for Ray Hornyak

Recently our family has learned the most devastating news.
Our son in-law Ray Hornyak was just hospitalized January 31, 2017 with MRSA (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus)
This is a bacterium that causes infections in different parts of the body. It is tough to treat because its resistant to some commonly used antibiotics. Some MRSA infections can be life threatening. Since Ray has been hospitalized his blood has become infected, which has also caused his kidneys and lungs to not function as they should. On February 1st Ray went for an MRI, this test requires a dye to be put through your body. Because his kidneys are not working properly, they are unable to remove the dye from his body. He has been hooked to dialysis to help his kidneys clean out the dye. Ray’s lungs are also not working at full capacity, because of this he needed to have a breathing tube put in. The breathing tube is to help regulate his breathing so there is not too much strain on his lungs and body.
Ray is only 26 years old, he is a big Steelers fan and CAVS fan. Loves Tattoo’s and recently married to Ashley who just lost her job at GM on January 20, 2017.
We are asking all family and friends for their love, prayers and positive thoughts during this horrific ordeal.
The reality is, this will be a huge financial impact for them, and something they shouldn’t have to worry about in this time of crisis.
Please help if you can. Our whole family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts for your support.
*Update February 3rd, They have now added a feeding tube for his treatment and took him off 2 medicines.
*Update February 10th, we were just told today Ray has Toxic Shock Syndrome and will be going for 2 MRIs one with dye and one without, since they need to use dye he will be back on dialysis. Please keep praying!!
