Financial Distress HELP!

Donation protected
Dear Friends/Family:

I am setting up this gofundme page in hopes of raising some much need cash to help with my financial problems due to lack of employment and terrible luck since I arrived in Florida.

In January 6th (my mom's bday)  I lost my family home in Whittier.  It was devastating and my luck has continued in a downward spiral ever since.

Since I arrived in Florida I have encountered nothing but misfortune.  I originally came to Miami due to a job offer at Miami Luxury Magazine.  I was to begin that job in January.  Unfortunately, the job never materialized and I was left to struggle by doing freelance work while I looked for another employment opportunity.

In Florida the job market is extremly tight and when Summer hit the freelance gigs dried up and I was left without any source of income.

In June, I secured a job at THINK Magazine as the Publisher.  It was the job of my dreams and I couldn't believe how fortunate I was to not only gain employment but secure a job which I tuly loved.  I worked extremely hard to redesign the magazine per the direction of the owner and in July my first issue hit the newsstands to rave reviews.  I was slowly digging out of my financial situation and was one check away from being caught up when on July 8th my staff and I were called into the owners office and we were all terminated due to a change in creative direction.  I was absolutely devastated.  I fell into a deep depression and literally could not get out of bed for several weeks.  I truly gave up!

It took several weeks for me to find my way out of the depression.  My doctor was extremely helpful with getting me on the right medicine and thus far I am functioning like normal.

I hit the job boards and started looking for work again.  I had several interviews and felt confident that I would land a job and things would get better.  Unfortunately, GOD had a different plan.  While heading home from and interview I was pulled over in my Jeep for expired tags and my car was towed and impounded.  Then on Wednesday, September 28th I was evicted from my home.

For several days I live in a UHaul truck with all of my pocessions and Titus my bulldog.  My friend Dana Laufer in Delray Beach was kind enough to let me move in with her but dogs were not allowed and I was stuck with finding a home for Titus.  I immediately put an ad on Craigslist and found a foster for him and he is living better than I am in Boca Raton.

At this time, I am safe at Dana's home and can stay here temporarily while I get back on my feet.  I was offered a sales job at Lifestlye Magazine and am set to start next week but without transportation I do not think I will be able to satisfy the requirements of the job.

I realize this is a tremendous favor to ask but I am reaching out to  friends and family  in hopes that they might be able to help.

Here is a list of expenses that I am trying to take care of:

NY Storage - $2,000. - Tuck-it-Away NY - The storage unit in NY has all of my processions which include my Mother and Grandmother’s things. Since I have already lost the house I am desperately trying to save my families things. Some of the items in storage include my mother/grandmother’s jewelry, Hummel collection, valuable art and furniture. I am willing to sign over the items to you as collateral if you are will to help. The payment can be made directly to Tuck-it-Away via phone and I do not have to even handle the money.

1991 Jeep - $1,000. - Towing company here in Florida - My jeep was towed and is impound due to expired CA stickers. I need to get the title from CA and then convert my stickers from CA to FL. I have asked my Aunt & Uncle to help me with the title but the storage fee is increasing daily by $25. I have 30 days to rectify this problem or I will lose the jeep.

Asking for help is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do but I truly have no other option at this time.  I hope you will find it in your heart to donate to my cause.

Any help would be greatly appreciated it.
