Find and prosecute this poor dogs abuser

Hi , my name is Heather and I’m a German Shepherd owner (4) and adorer . The breed is simply amazing - please help me !

This poor dog is the photo above was dumpted Alive in a wooded area in Handsworth Birmingham B12 . He was found whimpering in severe pain and trauma . He has a huge growth and was in appalling condition .

this was around March 5 th 2023 .

He was put to sleep immediately after he was found to end his suffering .

This has ripped my heart in two , just thinking about the abuse , pain and suffering this boy endured .

no one has been found to be his owner but SOMEONE MUST KNOW SOMETHING !!! so a reward may help to get information to the RSPCA .

this is a calculated act of severe cruelty , neglect and abandonment- only a monster could do this !
