HELP FIND ASHLEY MARIE EIFFERT.
This page is ran by Ashley’s cousin in an effort to pay for PI fees considering NOPD seems to no longer be interested in the case.
Ashley was only 19yrs old when she went missing in New Orleans, LA on January 9th, 2003. Ashley was also 7 months pregnant at the time of her disappearance. She was last seen around the 4500 block of Demontluzin Street near Franklin Avenue. Ashley went to meet a lady by the name of Nicole Celeste Johnson. Ashley met Nicole at one of her prenatal visits. Nicole offered to give Ashley baby furniture considering Nicole had “lost” a child a few weeks prior. According to Nicole Celeste Johnson, Ashley was arguing on the phone with her boyfriend at the time, Joseph Luis Hill also known as Joe Hill. Nicole says Ashley walked toward her car still arguing on the phone. Nicole claims Ashley went to get in her 1992 Ford Mustang, but it would not start and Ashley walked across the street to a Shell Station and was never seen again. A few weeks later Ashley’s parents went searching around the New Orleans area and found Ashley’s car parked in front of Nicole Johnson’s home. Nicole claimed she had called for a tow truck to come pick up the car, but it never came. NOPD never followed up nor did they question Nicole Johnson at the time as she could not be located. They also never brought in Ashley’s boyfriend at the time, Joseph Luis Hill. With Katrina happening nearly 2 years later..the case went cold. The case was reopened in 2015 by detective Winston Harbin, but ultimately went cold again.
The Ludwick and Eiffert family are pleading that the community of New Orleans comes together to solve this 19 year old cold case and to bring this person/persons into custody. Someone knows something out there, they just aren’t saying anything. Whoever did this is still walking freely, while our family suffers every single year not knowing what happened. We have contacted NOPD time and time again with no answers. We have to take this into our own hands and hire a PI and we will not stop until this person/persons are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. #FindAshleyEiffert
