Finding Judy Parker

On the morning of December 30, 2016 my mother, Judy Ann Parker, a mentally ill resident of Emily’s Home Care took a walk, as she has done many times previously
The last time my mom was seen was Friday December 30, 2016 @ 9:39:33am when she was caught on video walking west on R St toward 10th St in Springfield, Oregon. The home did not call her in to the Springfield Police Department as a missing person until Saturday December 31, 2016 @ 7:24am. For 22 hrs only the staff at the home knew my mom didn't return as she normally would have.
The following Monday the 2 of Jan was a holiday and lane county behavioral health was closed. The home was not able to inform my mom’s case worker until Tuesday Jan 3. For 3 whole days nobody but the staff at the home and the officer that took the report knew that my mom was now a missing person.
On fri Jan 6 Springfield police dept received a call from lane county behavioral health stating that they (spd) should probably call me (Judy’s daughter) and inform me that my mom is missing. The officer that took the call Friday morning immediately called me.
My mother remains a missing person for 35 days now with no leads as to her whereabouts. I have had no assistance by the staff of Emily’s Home Care, Lane County Mental Health and others. Springfield Police Detective Grice was assigned the case Jan 9. And up until he took over there has been little to nothing done to find my mom. The first 48 hrs of someone missing are the most crucial. I have seen multiple missing persons reported and all have been found in less than 48 hrs. My mom was forgotten by those that were being paid to keep her safe.
My mom has numerous health issues that the home had no information on. The home didn't have a lot of important information about my mom that they should have. That were allowed to come and go as they pleased, manage their own money, and basically left to their own devices.
Because the simple fact of the matter is my mom has been missing now for 35 days. 35 freezing, snowing, ice storm filled days.
The Springfield Police Dept has had several teams of Search and Rescue dogs out in and around the foster home on R st searching for my mom. With no success. As well as their Swat team searching the bike path near the home. With no success. There have been thousands of fliers handed out and being circulated in Springfield and Eugene. As well as the page I made that's dedicated to finding my mom on Facebook. Finding Judy Ann Parker. Many people from all over are looking for my mom. Keeping their eyes on every face they see hoping it might be her.
Thousands of calls to the police departments in Springfield, Eugene and surrounding areas plus all the messages and calls the page has received and to my cell phone. Not one of them was my mom. My cousin and I along with many of our friends and countless others have personally handed out hundreds of fliers. Still not one single person has seen my mom. 35 days.
IF THIS WAS YOUR MOM WHAT WOULD YOU DO? We are now pleading for the communities help to find my mom. We need help from everyone. Statistically those who go missing with mental illness are found within a 9.5-10 mile radius of where they were last seen. Half are found within a 1.5 mile radius. Please help me find my mom.
