Find the Games

Donation protected
Hi, we're the non-profit organization Thought Generation Society, and we're asking for your donations, so we can continue producing our innovative "Find the ..." series of educational mobile games about animal & habitat conservation, and other important issues, for children, teens, and adults around the globe.

So far, we've created Find the Birds, which has thousands of players in 47 countries on 6 continents. You can download and play this free game from www.findthebirds.com
We also recently launched Find the Bats, about bat conservation. You can download and play this free game from www.findthebats.com

And now we're working on Find the Whales, about ocean conservation! We're hoping to launch it in October.

Your donations will go towards producing more mobile games, increasing their content, and putting them on new platforms, like computers, so more children worldwide, regardless of income or location, can access & learn from them.

Our games are Covid-safe & zero-carbon digital tools, that supplement what is taught in schools. They serve as a bridge from screen time to green time, encouraging players to get outdoors & volunteer with the hands-on conservation partners we feature in our games.

As we don't charge for these free games and they have no ads or paid upgrades and we don't collect/sell your emails or other personal info to make money like most game companies do, we're asking for your help, so we can continue to do our unique and important work. If you'd like to see more people educated about protecting habitats and species, please donate!

You can list in your comment when you donate which game you'd prefer your donation goes to. And if you belong to a company or organization that's interested in being involved with any of our games, please contact us (our email address is on any of our games' websites contact pages) , as there are many options for how you could partner with us and receive significant in-game branding & content and game/art usage, in exchange for your funding.

Note: As we're based in Canada, the fundraiser is in Canadian dollars (i.e. based on the current exchange rate, one Canadian dollar is only about 74 cents U.S.). As GoFundMe takes a (very reasonable) service fee for hosting this campaign, there is no need for you to tip them (i.e. adjust that slider to "0" when doing your donation) - better for animals if you can put this money towards your actual donated amount instead!
