Finish restoring St Martin's Church in Bedford

Faith Community Church is looking to restore St Martin’s Church in order to finally open its doors up again. Since 2015, we have been working towards making this beautiful historic building our new sanctuary and we are nearly at the end of the first phase of the work. We have laid the foundations for this building to affect the lives of the community for generations to come, as a place of hope, solace and comfort. As a community church, we would like to invite you all to take part in getting this project over the finishing line, so we can establish more community ties, and create a welcoming environment for people young and old, to come and find rest. We hope to be running youth programmes, OAP evenings, general wellbeing mentorship programmes as well as our own church events and scheduled services. Our aim is to touch the lives of as many people as we can from the centre of Bedford, and we are appealing to you to dig deep and drive us across the finishing line of this phase of the project.
