Finn's Path to Nordic Skiing Success
Donation protected
Hello! I’m Finn, and my dream is to become a professional nordic skier. I’m currently 19 years old and wrapping up a gap year at Green Mountain Valley School in Vermont. Next year, I’ll be skiing for Colby College in Maine.
Over the past year, I’ve made a huge leap in my skiing—from barely qualifying for sprint heats to skiing against an olympian and World Cup athletes. My parents, a few sponsors, and myself have been the ones supporting me this year. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and belief in my potential.
Now, I’m reaching out for further support as I prepare for upcoming training opportunities. This May, I’ll be traveling to Bend, Oregon for my first training camp of the 2025–2026 season, and in June, I’ll head to Norway, which has been a dream for years. These experiences will be invaluable for my training in amazing locations and preparing me for a competitive season.
In addition to covering travel and camp costs, I also need support for essential equipment such as skis, boots, and poles. There may also be opportunities to attend additional training camps in the future as I continue my development.
Your support—whether through donations, sharing this with friends and family, or words of encouragement—will make a significant difference in my journey toward achieving my dreams. Thank you for helping me take the next steps in my athletic career.
Warm regards,
Finn
