Fire Damage Relief for Rosdom's Family
Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-hearted Strangers,
We are reaching out today with a heavy heart to share that we have been directly affected by the recent fires in Altadena. While our home has not completely burned down, it has suffered significant smoke and fire damage and is currently unlivable. Our house is without electricity, water, and many of the essential systems are in disrepair, making it impossible for me to stay there.
The emotional and financial toll of this situation has been overwhelming. We are facing the daunting task of rebuilding our life—finding temporary housing, replacing basic necessities, and starting over in ways I never imagined.
The Altadena fires caused widespread damage, and though by the grace of God our home is still standing, the smoke and fire damage have left it unsafe to occupy and it is surrounded by devastation. The house has no power, no water, and is in desperate need of repairs. On top of that, there’s the emotional weight of losing personal belongings and the uncertainty of how to move forward in the coming weeks. The road ahead is long, and any help will make a world of difference as we try to rebuild.
We are humbly asking for your support to help us get through this difficult time. The funds raised will go toward:
Temporary housing: Until our home can be made livable again
Basic living expenses: Food, clothing, toiletries, and other essentials
Replacement of personal belongings: Many things were damaged by smoke and fire
We are facing a significant financial burden, as we currently don’t have the resources to cover the immediate costs of living while our home remains uninhabitable. Without assistance, it will be incredibly difficult to get back on our feet. Your generosity will lift this heavy weight off our shoulders, allowing us to focus on my recovery without the added stress of managing everything alone.
No donation is too small, and even if you can't donate, sharing this page with others would mean the world to us.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, support, love, and generosity during this challenging time. It’s in times like these that we realize just how strong the bonds of community can be. Your help—whether through donations or sharing this campaign—will make all the difference as we begin the process of recovery. We are deeply grateful for any help you can offer, and we can’t wait to rebuild with your support.
With heartfelt gratitude,
