Fire destroys home and all belongings! Please help

I need to ask for some help! Last night my sister in law and nephews had a terrible fire in their home. Their house went up in flames in the middle of the night and they literally got out just in time as the fire started in the attic and moved directly into their third floor apartment. The lost everything...and I mean everything. if anyone could please help in any way they can it would be beyond helpful and appreciated! Please!! There are three children as well as my sister in law. They are without clothes, bedding, furniture, and not sure where they will be staying. Every little bit helps!
