Fire Recovery for Andrew and Daughter Sophia

I am starting this GoFundMe for my friend Andrew and his daughter Sophia who recently lost everything in the Palisades Fire as it spread through Topanga. I have known Andrew for 20 years and I have watched him work hard to make a life and provide for his family.

Please support Andrew Byron and his daughter Sophia as they deal with the aftermath of the Palisades fire. With no time to pack, the fire swept through Topanga and took their beautiful home and all their belongings, as well as the car they left behind.

Andrew, his wife Kate amd their daughter moved to Los Angeles in 2021 and, like many others, fought to make it their home. Kate sadly passed away from cancer in 2022 and now the Palisades fire has challenged the family further.

Friends and strangers are rallying round with support for which Andrew and Sophia are incredibly grateful but soon they will be faced with building a whole new life. Add to this that Andrew is also dealing with a broken foot in plaster, but they remain positive and determined to start a new chapter in their lives.

All donations, however small, will be received with love and gratitude.
