Fire Recovery Fund for Janies Home

Hi, I’m raising money on behalf of my friend Monicas mother, whose home was lost in the Altadena fire on the early morning of January 8th, 2025. I’ve worked with Monica for many years and if you know her like I do, you’d know she along with her mother have some of the biggest giving hearts! They make you smile, give good laughs and hugs, and genuinely love and care for people.

At 4 AM, Janie and her son were told to immediately evacuate their house having just enough time to grab a few important documents, their dog, and leaving basically with just the clothes on their back. Thankfully, they’re safe; however, their dream home, where most family holidays were spent along with everything in it, is burned to the ground. These funds will help kickstart the family’s recovery and buy necessities such as clothing, food, and basic essentials until they can get on their feet again.
