Fire Relief: Allied Universal Maui Team Members

As deadly wildfires ravaged the island of Maui on August 8, Allied Universal’s local team members worked to protect people and property.

One brave Allied Universal security professional is among the confirmed victims of the deadliest wildfire in modern U.S. history. At the time of writing, others remain unaccounted for. We're hopeful they are safe and every effort is being made to contact them.

Allied Universal is working to get much-needed supplies, grief counseling and additional support to team members – some who lost loved ones and their homes yet have continued reporting to work each day to safeguard their island community.

Allied Universal team members created this fund to provide immediate short-term financial assistance to the family of our fallen hero and to the Maui-based team members for housing, transportation and other unanticipated costs created by the wildfires and their devastating aftermath. As a company, we are there for you; as a team of coworkers, we are there for each other.

Allied Universal’s top priority is safety – the safety of our team members and the communities we serve. We continue serving clients on Maui where it is safe to do so, including critical infrastructure. Our thoughts go out to the victims, the survivors, their loved ones, the 29 customers we protect on Maui, the island’s community and the entire state of Hawai'i.
