Fire Relief Fund for Marion Stone & Donna Tisdale

Hello to our amazing island community,

We are Nancy and Pete Lempesis, neighbors of Marion Stone and Donna Tisdale. They endured the total loss of their home to a devastating fire on Sunday, March 10th. They made it out safely with their sweet pup, Rutty, but lost everything else in a matter of minutes.

Their home was one of the IOP originals. The amount of loss - from everyday items to furniture to irreplaceable family heirlooms - is profound.

As so many of you have already reached out on how to support them during this time, I decided to create a Go Fund Me page for all of us to band together to help our neighbors.

Our first thought goes straight to essentials like clothing and furniture etc... but since Marion and Donna will likely be bouncing from home to home for this phase of recovery and planning, storage will be an issue. Because of this, monetary donations will be the most efficient way to help that will offer the biggest immediate impact.

Marion and Donna did NOT ask me to create this page, this is simply neighbors helping neighbors during a deeply tragic time of need.
