Firefighters in Santa Cruz, Bolivia

This Thursday, I will be heading to the marketplace to purchase essential supplies—water, mineral water, and eye drops—using the funds raised. On Saturday, the Lycee Francais, in collaboration with the French Embassy, will deliver these vital items to the brave firefighters working tirelessly in the countryside. These firefighters are unpaid volunteers, relying on donations like ours to continue their efforts. These fires have devastated more than a million hectares since the beginning of the year and they are not slowing down.

Even a small donation can make a big difference. Just 5 euros can provide a 12-liter bottle of water.
