Firefly Cottages Idalia Damage

Donation protected
A couple of years ago, my husband and I decided to take a trip to Cedar Key. We had never been there although we live only 3 hours south. My husband’s parents were always talking of their trips to Cedar Key so we decided to to see for ourselves why they thought it was so special. We indeed did find the reason. And the biggest reason for us was Firefly Cottages. We sought a unique lodging option and were drawn to Firefly Cottages. The old fish camp cottages had been renovated with modern day accommodations while keeping the integrity of the original structures. But the most important aspect of this enchanted property are the owners, Ian and Darrin. They are now in need of some help from their friends. As some of you may have heard, Cedar Key was severely crippled by Hurricane Idalia. Firefly took on an abundance of flood water and Ian and Darrin are looking at months of clean up and fix up. Thus, we have set up this fundraiser to help them out.
