First car dreams ruined in less than 30 days

Please help my employees daughter I am trying to raise funds to help her buy another car. This young lady is a hard worker, already holds down a job working after school and is a pretty good student also. She is an avid hunter and is pretty darn good shot with a bow! She is on the school archery team and has been to nationals last year and looking forward to a shot at it for this year also. Young Ms. Chloe got her drivers license 3 weeks prior to being involved in a wreck. Her grandparents had saved up money since she was a young child to give to her for her first car and with a little extra help from her single mom of 3 kids they bought her, her first car from a friend of the family in great condition that would have lasted her well through college. Unfortunately her mom only could afford liability insurance only on it for her on their insurance side. However, the accident was not Chloe’s fault! A young driver in a really nice SUV pulled out in front of her and she had no where to go! The young driver even admitted fault at the scene – I know I was there minutes after it happened. The mom of the young driver who caused the accident apparently decided it was way too expensive to have her son on insurance and she allowed him to drive the vehicle to school everyday and had him excluded from coverage on the insurance policy! Momma of said young driver also works for the public defender’s office! So said mom knows it is against the law in Louisiana to drive or let her son drive without insurance but she still allowed him to drive the vehicle every day. So now there is no recovery for Chloe’s vehicle under the young man’s momma’s policy since she excluded him from coverage and the liability only coverage on her automobile will not pay because that only would cover his vehicle had it been Chloe’s fault-which is was not! So long story trying to make it short – this is just wrong – said momma knew the loopholes of insurance and Chloe’s just SOL on the car. I am putting up $500.00 to start a fund for this terrific young lady and hope that I can get some of my friends, family and business folks to help out this young lady! This young lady has a bright future and is not one of those that is disrespectful and lazy! She already has a job after just getting her license and has worked odd jobs even before getting her license! Please, even a small donation will help out. My goal is $ 5,000.00 to help find her something descent that won’t break down after she gets it. Thanks to anyone that can help out!
