First time back together

Hello im coach Newton. I coach the 18u Akadema Scout Team. In January on our way home from Florida after winning the National Title we were involved in a accident in Oklahoma that cost the life of a few players. We were traveling in multiple vehicles. We received a email with a offer to play in a national event in Charlotte North Carolina. This will be the first time the boys have took the field together since our incident. I have parents that are not going to be able to attend so i have to provide transportation. Im trying to avoid a repeat of what happened in January. Im asking for help to avoid taking multiple vehicles or having players drive. The amount asked for is covering 15 passenger van rental and gas. Any help would be a blessing for our team. Thank you
