We are inviting all of you to take a little time for yourself and join us for a walk – either as a team or individually – to help raise awareness and support for Autism, Mental Health and everyone's Wellbeing.

We want support individuals who are autistic or experiencing mental health challenges through the NOW group! If you can help us by donating, we would appreciate it very much!
