Fischer Bros. & Leslie is New York's oldest Kosher meat shop and has served the community with the highest quality fresh meats, poultry and prepared foods since 1949. As we celebrate our 75th anniversary we are asking for your support to help us to continue our business successfully into the future.
We were fortunate to continue operating throughout the pandemic and keep our dedicated staff fully employed while many small businesses could not survive. This was in large part thanks to the support of our loyal customers and supplemental funding from the Federal Payroll Protection Plan.
However business has been slow to recover, expenses have increased and we are faced with a serious challenge to keep our doors open. We are committed to our mission to continue serving the community but need your help to keep us moving forward successfully.
Your support will allow us to make improvements to our business and help restore sales to a level that will assure our future success. Funds will be used for many projects including building and maintaining a new website, a new display freezer, and improved signage and merchandising. It will also allow us to increase our marketing, social media and public relations efforts to help bring new customers into our store.
