Fish Family House Fire

On Friday night, our family experienced a devastating loss; a fire tore through the house that Stephen has lived in for forty-three years, and the only one the girls have ever known, as home.

We are safe. We are sound. But we are definitely sad.

The sadness of losing our home and belongings is great but the true devastation for us is in the loss of our extraordinary pooch, Mabel.

Right now, we are reeling. There is just so much, to do, to say, and to think about.

More than anything though, we are grateful. Grateful the girls escaped, grateful no one was hurt, grateful we are together, and grateful for you; your love, support, generosity, and offers to help are overwhelming and breathtaking.
