Fishing Trips to Hoboken Piers for the children!

Hello everyone,
We are reaching out today to help Joe McDonald raise funds to go on weekly fishing trips for the children of Hoboken this summer!
Who is Joe McDonald? Joe is a born & raised Hoboken resident. He is a well known Hoboken fisherman! He goes fishing at the piers all the time. For the past couple of years Joe has been teaching a few kids in town the skill of fishing. His goal is to ensure that the children learn the skill of fishing but to also fall in love with the activity like he did when he was just a boy.
In the past Joe has taken some children from the Hoboken Housing Authority on a fishing trip on a boat! He’s also done a trip to Liberty State park where he taught the children how to cast their poles and how to
get their own bait on their poles.
This summer Joe wants to have weekly summer walking trips to the Piers in Hoboken to teach even more children in Hoboken the skill of fishing!
Joe is asking our community to help him raise funds so he can provide the essential materials needed for the children to learn the skill and to also provide drinks & snacks for the children. Any little amount helps to make this possible!
