Fitzy needs his friends!

Everybody from Fordham knows Fitzy. Everybody that knows him loves him. Unfortunately he’s in a bad way right now. A year and a half ago he bravely fought off throat cancer. It was a bruising battle that exhausted his savings as well as his body. When he was well enough he went back to work and started catching up, but cancer is insidious and came back at him. Once again he fought hard and prevailed, but the surgery required transplanting muscle from his leg, and now he can barely walk or stand for very long. I’ve spoken to an attorney and Social Security will be approved, but it will take approximately a year. Bottom line Fitzy desperately needs an infusion of cash to keep him off the street or out of a shelter. Please help if you can, he’s still the great guy he’s always been even through these tough times.
