Fix Cooper's broken heart save his life

Update cooper is now going in to heart failure and needs a heart scan asap he had ultrasound and bloods done last night and he has fluid pockets around his organs and anemia he needs a specialist scan to confirm for sure then they can start medication they aren't really telling me what will happen with medication lifespan wise but his stomach is now swollen and his breathing has changed I am in bits and sorry to ask for more help

Cooper is the sweetest little bulldog with a broken heart. Cooper was born 9/01/2023 we bought and collected Cooper on the 1/04/2023 as a KC registered health checked healthy puppy who was also given his first vaccine. We fell in love with him straight away but on the 5/4/2023 we took him to the vet as we noticed he had dirty ears it was at the point we found out he had a grade 4 heart murmur. We didn't really understand how bad it was until a few days later he started to cough and his breathing become like a purring vibrating noise we rushed him to the vet who said he needs a heart scan asap. We had his heart scan and found he has severe pulmonic stenosis where the blood flows too fast as his heart valve is very badly malformed as a birth defect. We are devastated to hear such our sweet gorgeous loving boy will die without surgery that will cost £7000. Being disabled myself with a brain tumour, epilepsy,CFS, degenerative disc disease and other health problems I am possibly facing spinal and brain surgery myself we also have 4 children 2 with special needs my husband is my carer so is unable to work so to try and find that kind of money is impossible. I have fostered rescued and rehabilated dogs and other animals for over 12 years and donated and raised funds for many charity's so asking for help to save my puppy's life is extremely hard but having no choice I am begging for the help of strangers to try save my boys life as his breeder lied to us told us he was health checked and KC registered and healthy but 4 vets have told us this is a birth defect and can be heard loudly even by putting your ear near his chest. We are devastated our sweet boy will not make his first birthday without the help of strangers please if you can spare any money in these hard times towards saving Cooper we would be forever grateful.
