Fix Frisco’s Hips!

As many of you know, I have been fostering dogs for a while! My most recent foster is the gorgeous 1.5yo Frisco. Frisco was found after the hurricane in Ft. Meyers and was treated for parvovirus. Unfortunately his adopter returned him last month.

As he was settling in with Whisky and Rye, I noticed that his gait was pretty abnormal.

I brought him into the clinic for X-rays and my fear was confirmed.

Frisco has severe bilateral hip dysplasia. His hips constantly pop in and out of place anytime he runs/walks. Despite being in pain, he is still the sweetest and goofiest guy on the block!

We were obviously not expecting this as an issue when he was initially returned.

Paw Patrol has taken in so many dire cases and expensive cases and funds are very limited.

This is to help fundraise for Frisco’s hip surgeries which will be staged 4-6 weeks apart. He will also undergo intensive physical therapy as well.
