Fix KPFZ, 88.1 FM
Tax deductible
As we embark on our 10th year of full-power radio we are experiencing interruptions to our airwaves. The problem is complex - the solution requires a large infusion of funds.
The fix is a licensed STL system that needs to be engineered, applied for, and approved through the FCC. Then equipment needs to be purchased and installed.
This whole process could take many months, including the fundraising to pay for it all. Time is of the essence so the sooner we raise the funds, the sooner we can get started.
KPFZ, 88.1 FM is Lake County's only community radio. We are a 501 (c) (3) non profit, all volunteer radio and we receive NO GOVERNMENT FUNDS.
In emergencies, such as the 3-years of fires and last years' flooding emergency, our volunteer programmers set aside their lives to provide vital - even life saving - information to our community.
Our mission is to provide a forum for freedom of expression and cultural diversity.
Help keep us on the air with a donation. Thank you for your support!
