Fix my cars damage

Hi I’m Brittany I’m a single mom of 4 girls I was driving home Saturday night Feb 18, 2023 at 8:40-8:45pm down Sam Rayburn freeway a little before Alma exit northbound when I passed a dark grey square body suv (kinda like a Subaru forester ‘05) and I looked back as he slowly got nose to my backseat almost and saw him rolling down his window pulling a ski mask fully down I turned and looked forward praying he wasn’t going to harm my babies and I heard “pop pop” then glass shattered all over my babies in the back seat my 5 year old was asleep against the window where he/she barely missed my babies head. I took her to the er yesterday due to excruciating ear pain to find out there’s bleeding behind her eardrum resulting in a ruptured ear drum they informed me that she could become deaf in that right ear. If you can help I’d greatly appreciate it I gotta get them into counseling and don’t have the gas to and from the therapist as well as getting my windows fixed from the damage.
