Fix Sniffy’s leg

Sniffy is a 12 week old Beagle x Cavalier. I acquired him at 8 weeks old with a fractured tibia. After 4 weeks of splinting the fracture has healed beautifully! But he has a severe luxating patella that is permanently luxated and requires surgery ASAP to fix. I am asking for help to fix his patella, unfortunately his pet insurance will not cover this. Sniffy has brought so much love and brightness into my life, I work hard but still am struggling to find the finances to cover this surgery in time. Any help is greatly appreciated.
