Fix The Formula And Save Education

Nine years ago, Mr Ahron Lang,with the Klal in mind, filed in court against the State of NJ demanding more funding for education for citizens of Lakewood and eventually to lower property taxes. Even though there was little belief in his success, he astonished all by his superior knowledge and understanding of the law - as one of the va’ad members said “He knows the law inside out”. He defeated the State’s attorneys in court.

Right now, the only way to achieve success for the Lakewood taxpayers is by R’ Ahron working with the Lakewood Board of Education to solve the problems mentioned above. Avrohom Schubert, Eli Eisenbach, and Yoni Morgenstern have volunteered to run for the BOE and give full political support to his lawsuit, (which has already won in the Appellate Division, the second highest court in the state).

R’Aaron Langs success of the lawsuit will IY"H have lower taxes for Lakewood. The surrounding townships with many private students like Jackson, Manchester and Toms River will also benefit from a successful lawsuit to fix the funding formula so that all our children count in it.
