Manicuring School

My name is Yaya Giovanni and I'm 26 years old. In 2020, I graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Textiles & Fashion Design. College was definitely a challenge. It took me 6 years to graduate, but I made it through.

I have found it quite difficult to kick start my career in the fashion industry, however I also have a passion for beauty and self care. I have decided to return to school for the manicuring program at Aveda Institute Madison.

Unfortunately, I do not qualify for federal grants because I already have a bachelor's degree. I do not have the best credit score so it is hard to take out loans without a co-signer. I am reaching out to the community in order to help me fulfill my dreams of becoming a nail technician.

I am looking to cover the cost of tuition, supplies, and a laptop. I am so grateful for any and all help that I receive.
