Sarah’s funeral & supporting her children.
Donation protected
Im fundraising to help my brother who recently lost his parter to leukemia.
£2,500 was our original target and we achieved that in 1 day! We are awed at peoples generosity.
I have changed the target to a much higher amount, not because we expect to receive that much but because I know Sarah has friends and family out there who would like to contribute and I want to be able to give them the opportunity.
All Donations are greatly appreciated and will go towards the cost of her funeral and towards the welfare of her young children.
Sarah had recently just turned 30, she has 4 children, 3 of those are with my brother, who is now their sole carer, the youngest being just 10 months old.
Sarah found out she had leukemia 4 months ago, she has been in hospital ever since and was unable to see her children since she was admitted to hospital.
She turned 30 in hospital but didn’t moan, in fact she didn’t moan about anything that was happening to her, she was only concerned about my brother and their childrens welfare.
All Sarah wanted was to be home for Christmas, to see her children again but unfortunately she passed away on Christmas Eve.
My brother has done an amazing job over the past 4 months keeping everything together, especially on Christmas Day, when he had to hide is own grief so the children could enjoy their Christmas even though they didn’t know why they couldn't see or speak to their mum on Christmas Day. Everyone’s hearts were breaking for them and I just want to help make my brothers and his children's life a little easier.
Im asking for help to raise money so we can give Sarah a lovely funeral, she had a really hard, short life and she deserved better than the hand she was dealt.
Money raised will go towards her funeral and anything left over it will go towards her children's future.
A BIG thank you to anyone who can donate. X
