Peace be upon you, my name is Tawfiq Muhammad Bakroun, I do not know how I reached this stage, although I am twenty-two years old, and I do not know who brought us to this stage and the difficult life. I tried to learn and become on the path of scholars, but the war of extermination and hunger separated us and returned us from the present to the ancient past. Despite the extermination, I lost my older brother, who was a support for me and my brothers. After that, I was injured in my foot by an explosive bullet that split my foot in half from the bone. I suffer from swelling and shrapnel inside the foot and worked on implanting an artificial bone in Nasser Hospital in Gaza. I ask for your support and help so that I can treat myself. We have been displaced from one place to another and there is no safe place because the occupation targets every place. My family needs your help. We live in a tent.
Even my studies at the university were not completed because of the war. The university was completely bombed, and northern Gaza and our homes were completely destroyed. I hope that someone will help me travel abroad for treatment to undergo a cruciate ligament operation in the joint and complete my university studies. This is the dream of every human being, that He remains a maker of knowledge and work and builds a better future than what we lived in the past life, and my family and I live in a tent and cannot bear the heat of the sun or the cold of winter, and my older brother Ahmed was martyred by an Israeli missile, and his separation exhausted the family and destroyed it with grief over him, we do not know who caused us to reach this level of humiliating grief, but we must live like any citizen and human being with a conscience, we lost our entire neighborhood, and this has not happened for a long time, and you see what is happening in Gaza every day, and in all of Palestine, is this fair? I do not apologize for what I say, as every human being with a conscience must hear, see, feel and suffer like us, I was hit by an explosive bullet that destroyed my left foot from the inside and the bone was separated from the flesh, I need another breath for treatment and to undergo a cruciate ligament operation in the joint, this is as you can see in the pictures of my foot after the injury, do you feel it while you are watching?
