Help for Sam, the Schipperke

Sam is a schipperke who lives with his mom in Michigan. Sam is a therapy dog, and has brought joy to many people. But a couple of weeks ago, Sam started getting sick. He has pancreatitis, a very difficult and expensive disease to treat. He is critical at this time, having received a blood transfusion today after being diagnosed with a GI bleed.
