Cancer treatment transportation

My name is Sheryl Anderson. In September of 2022 our world was turned upside down. Brandon was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. All of the dr visits, emergency room trips, CT scans and biopsies all took their toll on my car. My engine blew up. It is at the mechanic shop right now needing an entire new motor.

Last week Brandon’s left leg swelled up 3x its normal size. We went to the dr and he was diagnosed with lymphedema. Which means the cancer is beginning to spread throughout his body. We went to another hospital for a CT scan and Brandon lit up like a Christmas tree. Now the cancer is in his thoracic abdominal region, his pelvis and his lungs. I don’t know how much chemo is going to help at this point, but I have to try. Our families have already given us so much help and support I can’t ask them for more money, so I am reaching out to our friends, friends we haven’t met yet, friends of friends we haven’t met yet, anyone that possibly would be able to help. I know times are tough for everyone right now but I don’t know what else to do. If you are able to help us so that I can drive to and from Black Canyon City to Phoenix up to 4 times a week it would mean the world to me.
