Sponsored sleepout

Welcome to our Fundraiser!

Some of our staff, volunteers and their family members are taking part in a sponsored sleepout on 25th April, to raise money in support of Maidstone Churches Winter Shelter. Every donation will help.

Maidstone Churches Winter Shelter provides a hot meal, hospitality and overnight accommodation in safe, warm surroundings for Street Homeless people in Maidstone during the 3 coldest months of the year. The charity do this by using several local church buildings in the town, 7 temporary staff and approximately 150 local volunteers. They liaise with other local agencies and Maidstone Borough Council, who can offer appropriate longer term support for the local street homeless in Maidstone.

On the night of the 25th/26th April we are going to sleep rough at a local school to raise money and highlight the issue of homelessness.
