Dean's Surgery

Hi, my name is Mary Ann Eubanks, and I'm fundraising for our son Dean. Sunday, while enjoying our beautiful Florida weather, he had a freak accident, broke his collarbone into 2 pieces, and put a large gash in his leg, which required stitches. He will need surgery to put his collarbone back together, but he does not have insurance because of previous financial situations. We would greatly appreciate any help you can give.
