Fletcher's Fundraiser for Hope for Gus

Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Hope for Gus - Everest to End Duchenne, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me and my best friend's brother, Gus who I have grown up knowing and loving. I will trek with a group through the Himalayan Mountains in Nepal, to Mount Everest Base Camp in March 2022 to raise money. Through the Hope for Gus Foundation – a non-profit that raises funds for research to cure Duchenne muscular dystrophy – participants will travel to Nepal to trek for the boys with Duchenne who cannot do it themselves due to this degenerative disease. Together we can help find a cure for Duchenne muscular dystrophy, the #1 genetic and terminal childhood illness in the world.

The Hope for Gus Founds is committed to funding research that will result in effective treatments in the near-term. Our specific focus is on treatments that will preserve muscles in DMD boys while researchers continue to search for the cure to DMD. Additionally, we hope to raise public awareness through fund-raisers, family events.
