Shane York RIP

Hi everyone. Tragically, Shane York passed away suddenly in his sleep last week. He was due to fly back to Liverpool next month for the first time in years for his stepson Jordan's wedding, which makes it even tougher to take for the family.

We are trying to raise some money to help his daughter Laura, his long-term ex-partner Sue, and Jordan to get across to New Zealand for his funeral next week. Flights to New Zealand are expensive at the best of times, but last minute flights for the 3 of them are coming in at around £8000, which is a massive amount for them to have to find.

We are just asking anybody who knew Shane, Laura, Jordan and Sue, who can afford anything whatsoever to please make a contribution, however large or small, to take some of this massive financial burden off them and give them a helping hand to get out there to say their goodbyes to Shane.
