Flood in Oroquieta City

Hi, my name is Rianne and I'm fundraising for the people back home in the Philippines. My grandparents and cousins have spent their holidays suffering from an ongoing flood that began on Christmas eve. I am currently unable to contact them and the last time we spoke is when they expressed their need to be evacuated. However, due to the rapid speed of the waters and the lack of equipment, the rescuers were unable to evacuate them. I was told that they are currently staying in a high area but their houses are completely submerged. I hope to be able to contact them soon and help with the damages, food, and shelter that they have lost from the flood.
