Flood Relief Donation for Calumpit, Bulacan, PH

Hi all! I created this fundraiser to help gather funds to share some relief goods/items to the residents of Calumpit, Bulacan which was recently hit by typhoon in the Philippines.

Currently, the flood reached over 5 ft in depth, usually lasts for month(s), in some areas causing the residents to stay on their roof tops or evacuate the place. The municipality also had to shut down the power supply in the flooded area due to submerged electrical outlets. This is a recurring occurrence in the area since it serves as a catch basin of rainfalls from nearby towns.

Having to experience this calamity myself for many years, I can attest how hard it could be to function during this time.

We had to transport using boats, and it was a struggle finding food supply, heightened by the lack of power.

I know the people are really resilient when it comes to this type of calamity, but I believe a little help could go really far!
