Flood relief for Svea in Mullumbimby

Please help my sister Svea. After years of struggling with Ross River Fever and Lyme's disease and now diagnosed with the auto-immune disease Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) has lost everything in the Northern Rivers floods. Svea desperately needs financial help to manage the massive clean up and loss of all her belongings, including her car that only had 3rd party insurance. She is in debilitating pain from the arthritis and cannot function without a car to get her to and from her various specialist medical appoinments. After such a devastating loss, a car is also necessary to rebuild her life.

Svea is someone who is generous with both her time and resources for her friends, family and the wider community. She has dedicated her life to fighting for the environment, working in the field for 30 years, often unpaid and often putting herself at risk. Svea is a proud, independent, strong woman who doesn't expect or ask for help. This is not the first time Svea has had to rebuild her life after a considerable loss.
